Millet Porridge (小米粥) is nourishing, warm and perfect to go along with any dishes, you can be serve this congee from breakfast to dinner!

- 100 g millet
- 2 l water
- 1 handful goji berries (optional)
Rinse millet a couple of times and drain.
Add the water to a big pot and bring to boil.
Once the water is boiling, add the millet and stir a few times and bring to boil again.
Once boiling, reduce to a low fire to ensure that the millet doesn't boil over.
Boil the millet for approximately 30 mins and stir occasionally to ensure that it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pot.
If you prefer a thicker consistency, boil for an additional 10 minutes to reduce.
Add a handful of goji berries if you prefer, and serve warm!
